We are like the river, carving a path in the earth.

It won’t be straight, we might not always know what direction we are going. But if we keep moving and go with the flow we will leave behind a trail for those we love.

Zoe - a white woman in her 30s with brown hair. She is looking into the camera with a warm smile, hands together in front of her mouth. The photo is dark with bright blues and purple lighting.

Hi, I am Zoe. I am a full-spectrum doula. I witness and hold space for all events and all people on their journey with pregnancy, birth, postpartum, miscarriage, abortion, and more.

I encourage you to stay true to YOU during these times of great change - through education, advocacy, planning, honing your intuition, and most importantly letting it all go.

I honor change and want to highlight the transitions, physically and emotionally. The world we live in moves fast and often we are not left the space to process our experience of it - I would like to break that norm and slow it all down.

Take a deep breath.

Services

  • Labor and birth are a time of major transition, it is the ultimate moment for building community around the family you are building. Whether you have a strong sense of that or not, these moments are not meant to be braved alone. This is where I come in, to help you and all those that support you be the best team you can be for this time of venturing into the unknown, whether it is your first time or not.

    This includes:

    -Continuous text and email support

-Local resource lists and help with researching anything I don’t currently have info on

-2 prenatal visits where we get to know each other and together create a plan for labor and postpartum, set up your support network and discuss your goals, fears, needs, etc.

-Beginning at 37 weeks I will be on call for your labor and birth 24/7 - I will support you emotionally and physically throughout labor and up to 2 hours after the birth

-2 postpartum visits where we discuss and process your birth, make sure your support network is set up in the best way possible, as well as light cleaning, cooking, and supporting your rest.

  • I understand that it does not always work out to have a doula in the room with you during labor and birth whether it be for personal reasons, location/distance, rules and policy, etc. Whatever the case may be I offer in-person or virtual visits during pregnancy to help you prepare and learn as much as you want before your birth.

    This includes:

-As many meetings as you would like before your birth, usually 2 hours in length, can be in-person or virtual

-Together we create a plan for labor and postpartum, set up your support network and discuss your goals, fears, needs, etc.

  • This is included in the birth support package but I also offer postpartum support for anyone regardless of supporting you through birth or not. Many people need postpartum support for many reasons, I am open to supporting you in whatever way you need during this time of healing. As this can include light cleaning/housework, childcare, and cooking I want to remind that the focus of my support is processing the emotional and physical experience of healing and change.

    This includes:

-Predetermined amount of sessions within your first 12 weeks, each session usually 3 hours in length

    -Can be in-person or virtual

-Focus is on processing your experiences and healing

-Making sure your support network is setup and working the way you need it to

    -Light cleaning/housework, cooking, shopping, etc

-I love food and all the ways it is healing, if you are interested in more about that we can definitely figure out a plan that revolves more around me cooking for ya

  • Times are tough right now and there are a lot of unknowns. I am here to help you navigate it all, including your emotional and physical needs.

    This includes:

-Discussion of options, risks, and rights

-On call 24/7 support, can be in-person or virtual

-Referrals for support groups and anything else that might come up
